This is a quick and hasty download of a selection of photos taken on our walk - probably no further than a 100 meters from the Schmidts' home. When you are a toddler there is so much to explore and linger at, that it takes ages from point A to B. Best is to have no point B in mind, be open-minded along the way, enjoy the journey with no thoughts of the destiny. And you will be amazed at what you found on the way: for example a soaring mountain of about 2 ft that was scaled with great gusto and determination. Now who would have thought THAT!

We were as fresh as daisies at the start of our walk - the measurement of our endurance was not whether we were out of breath or not, but what shade of red our noses were!
Isabelle dressed Josie in a snow-suite etc - so she was completely free to play in the snow to her heart's content, except for ....will tell by the sixth pic.
Evie was quite co-operative about getting dressed up but one glove was the limit for her!
